Welcome To The Campbellsville/Taylor County Chamber

The Campbellsville/Taylor County Chamber of Commerce has been serving the Campbellsville/Taylor County community since 1946. Our members are actively involved in every aspect of our community and we invite you to browse our Membership Directory to see which of our members might serve your business needs. 

Campbellsville/Taylor County is not only a great tourist destination but also an ideal city for business or family. Our diverse economy forms a strong business and employment base ranging from manufacturing to distribution (Team Taylor County), from tourism to healthcare, and retail sectors.

BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

H&W Sport Shop, Inc. Was established in 1969. Ronnie Hord
and Wayne Wells were the original owners before Wayne shortly sold his half to
Ronnie, making him full owner. H&W is a staple business in downtown
Campbellsville, selling sporting goods, screen printing, embroidery, trophies, laser
engraving and much more. The main part of their business includes schools and
colleges, being in the top 19 adidas independent dealers in the nation. H&W sells
to 100's of schools all over the state and even into Ohio and Indiana. In the fall of
2014, Ronnie decided to keep the family owned business in the family by selling it
to his son, Shaun Hord.
They are currently in the process of a newly renovated building on Main Street,
H&W is in a temporary location due to a fire in their building of 47 years. Shaun
and Ronnie are very thankful for the overwhelming love and support from family,
friends, and this community during this transition and feel very Blessed to be in
the situation they are in. They are looking forward to see what GOD has in store
next!

The Big Dawg 99.9 The Big Dawg is a locally owned and operated radio station at
101 east Main Street in Campbellsville, with 25,000 watts of power and sending a
signal into at least 38 Kentucky and Tennessee Counties.
Our station focuses on serving the community by inviting people in to promote
events going on in the area, plus The Big Dawg covers Campbellsville City Council,
Taylor County Fiscal Court and all School Board Meetings in Taylor County.
99.9 The Big Dawg has also offers a free buy, sell and swap program weekday
mornings at 9:10am Monday thru Friday…
The Big Dawg is a Country radio station managed and programmed by Larry Smith
and owned by Mike Harris of Columbia, we employee 10 people that are active in
the community serving on various nonprofit committees.Larry Smith,Manager.

Tuckers Diamond & Gold is a family owned business
that has been around since 1948. Originally operated by Morris and Martha
Tucker, it is currently run by Doug and Kathleen Tucker. Being a second
generation owner, Doug has over 40 years of experience in the diamond
business. He has been a bench jeweler since graduating college in 1981. He is
G.I.A. Diamond Certified and has extensive knowledge and skill in setting
diamonds & colored stones as well as repairing gold and silver jewelry. His wife
Kathleen has worked beside him at the store since they married in 1982. She
does the day to day running of the business, with the help of her team. They
look forward to continuing to serve this community for years to come.

Bluegrass Way Senior Living first opened on
November 2005. The interest and enthusiasm of the community was
overwhelming. We provide the comfort and care that everyone wants for their
loved ones.
Assistance with their daily routines, bathing dressing, medication assistance,
laundry and housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, trips out to
eat and you gotta go to Walmart! The socialization factor is a key part of their
day. Many volunteers have been coming for years to be a part of their day. We
appreciate everyone who gives of their time and talents. Bluegrass Way is a place
